What extraction checks — and what you should

Updated July 11, 2026

When Verrim reads a certificate, it extracts the fields it can find — state, exemption type, ID numbers, buyer and seller, dates — and pre-fills the review panel with them.

What gets flagged

  • Filled fields — extraction found a value; give it a quick glance against the document preview.
  • Missing fields — anything extraction could not find is marked so you can fill it in before approving.
  • Customer match — Verrim suggests which customer the certificate belongs to, with a confidence level for that match. High-confidence matches assign automatically; medium ones are only suggested.

Nothing counts toward your coverage until a person approves it — extraction does the typing, you make the call.
