Which states are covered?
All of them. Five levy no general sales tax — Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, Oregon — so there is no resale certificate to collect there, and the library says so instead of showing an empty page.
What are MTC and SST?
Multi-state certificates. One MTC or SST form can cover a customer buying in several states, instead of collecting a separate form for each.
How do I know a form is the current version?
Every entry links to the state page it came from. Open the link and compare — the source is one click away on each form.
Can my customer fill it in online?
For most states, yes — they complete it in the browser through your upload link. Where a state requires its own signed PDF, they upload the signed copy instead.
