When a certificate arrives, Verrim’s AI reads the document and pulls out the structured fields — state, exemption type, ID numbers, buyer and seller, and dates — so you do not have to key them in.
Fields it finds are pre-filled; anything it cannot find is flagged as missing so you can complete it during review. Verrim also suggests a customer match with a confidence level.
