Audit-ready

You hear about an expiring certificate before your customer does

Verrim watches every expiration date you have on file and tells you when one enters your window — in the bell and by email, without you asking.

  • Your alert window is yours: Settings → Notifications, 30 days by default
  • Valid, expiring, expired — every certificate carries one of three states
  • A weekly digest collects what moved, so nothing waits on you opening the app
  • Gaps show as a state with customers and no valid certificate behind them

Tracks expiration rules across all 50 states, plus MTC and SST certificates.

Do the expiration alerts send themselves?
Yes. This is the one thing Verrim does without you: certificates entering your expiring window raise a bell notification and an email on their own. Requests to your customers still go out only when you send them.
Can I change how far ahead I get warned?
Yes — Settings → Notifications. Thirty days is the default; set it to whatever your renewal cycle needs.
What counts as a gap?
A state where you have customers making exempt purchases and no valid certificate on file behind them. Those are the sales an auditor disallows first.
Can I get the list out for an auditor?
Yes. Export the certificate list with its statuses and dates, filtered to the state and period the auditor asked about.
