After Verrim reads a certificate, you make the final call on each one from the review screen.
- Approve — the certificate is valid and counts toward your coverage.
- Delete — the document is wrong or unusable. It moves to Trash, where you can restore it for 30 days before it is removed for good. Send a fresh request so a correct one arrives.
- Leave it pending — not yet decided; it stays in your review queue so nothing slips through.
Every decision is recorded with a timestamp, so your audit trail builds itself.
