What do the colours mean?
Green is valid coverage. Amber is coverage inside your expiring window. Red is expired or never collected.
What about states where I have no customers?
They stay neutral. A state you do not sell into is not a gap, and the map does not pad your risk by pretending it is.
Can I see what is behind a colour?
Click the state. You get the certificates counted in it, and the customers with nothing on file.
How do I close a red state?
From the state itself — start an upload request to the customers missing a certificate there, without rebuilding the list by hand.
