A campaign requests certificates from many customers at once and chases each one until a valid document arrives.
Send a campaign
- Go to Campaigns → New.
- Pick who to include — by status (such as missing or expiring) or hand-pick customers.
- Review the request email, then send.
- Verrim emails everyone a secure upload link and tracks who has submitted.
Each customer drops out of the campaign automatically once they submit.
