A campaign is how Verrim requests certificates from your customers and keeps following up so you do not have to. You pick who to contact; Verrim handles the chasing.
What happens in a campaign
- Verrim emails each customer a secure upload link.
- If they do not respond, Verrim sends reminders on a set cadence.
- When a document arrives, the campaign for that customer stops automatically.
You can customize the request email and the reminder timing, and watch progress for the whole campaign from the dashboard.
Customers never need a Verrim account — they just open the link and upload.
