A campaign is how Verrim requests certificates from your customers without you managing a spreadsheet. You pick who to contact; Verrim sends the requests and tracks every response.
What happens in a campaign
- Verrim emails each customer a secure upload link.
- Verrim tracks who has not responded, so sending a reminder is one click from the Requests page.
- When a document arrives, the campaign for that customer stops automatically.
You can customize the request email in Settings → Email Templates, and watch progress for the whole campaign as documents come in.
Customers never need a Verrim account — they just open the link and upload.
