You control what your customers receive. Adjust the subject, body, and tone so it sounds like you.
- Go to Settings → Email Templates.
- Edit the subject line and message — keep the {{upload_link}} tag in place.
- Preview the result and send yourself a test email before using it.
Use merge tags to personalize each email with the customer’s details.
