You can remove individual records or close your account entirely.
- Delete a certificate or customer from its page — it moves to Trash (Settings → Trash).
- Restore anything from Trash within 30 days; after that it is purged permanently.
- To delete your account and all associated data, contact us and we will process it.
After the 30-day Trash window, deletion is permanent. Export anything you want to keep first.
