There are three ways customers get into Verrim — pick whichever fits how you work.
- Add them directly — Customers → Add customer, with a business name and contact email.
- Let certificates create them — when a certificate arrives for a business you have not added yet, Verrim can create the customer from the document and assign it automatically.
- Connect Shopify — buyers on incoming orders are matched to existing customers or created for you.
Only an email is required to send a request — Verrim fills in the rest from the certificates it collects.
