Import your first customers

You can add customers two ways: import a file, or sync them from a connected accounting system.

Import from a file

  1. Go to Customers → Import.
  2. Upload a CSV with at least a business name and contact email.
  3. Map your columns to Verrim fields and confirm.
Only an email is required to start a collection campaign — Verrim fills in the rest from the certificates it collects.
